No Returns or Refunds

For hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any cosmetic or skincare products once an order has been delivered.

Because our products come into direct contact with the skin, we cannot verify whether an item has been opened, used, or tampered with after delivery. To protect all customers and maintain the highest hygiene standards, returned products cannot be restocked or resold.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during shipping,

  • Defective, or

  • Incorrect compared to your order,

please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

After reviewing your claim, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution if the issue is confirmed.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
